Agreeing and disagreeing is an art. It is important to say what you mean but no more and no less. It is important to do so calmly and politely.

Look at the following discussion. Paul, Tom and Sueare discussing whether to recommend that their company enters a number of new markets. Fill in the gaps using some of the words and phrases learnt in this unit - many gaps have one letter given to help you.
